I recently went on a "baecation" with my boyfriend down to Miami. When I was packing I wanted to make sure that I grabbed something that went well with the city. It's a place full of color, culture, and tons of sunshine. Although Miami isn't well-known for their fashion sense like New York City or Los Angeles, it's still there. Tons of people in the latest fashion trends, so naturally I had to be on my A-game and bring something that would help me stand out. My answer, RED.THIGH.HIGH.BOOTS. If I could be a shoe, these bright red ones would be it. Thigh high boots have been "in" for quite some time now, everyone owns a black or brown pair. Go treat yourself to a fun colored pair and stand out, that way you can still enjoy the trend with adding a little twist of your own onto it. Major game changer.
Next trend, everything and anything vintage.... well almost anything. Band tees are my ultimate go too and thee best band tees are the originals that you find in vintage shops. However, this shirt was not from a vintage shop, but it did have all of the details that a vintage tee has: a little bit of a distressed and washed out look with a side of cool. The lace-ups on the shoulders are what really sold me, it was the perfect combination of old and new. I paired my tee with my favorite vintage Levi's, because honestly you can never go wrong with Levi's. If you don't have a cool vintage shop near you, there's a lot of ways to DIY a band tee and give it a cool factor. Distressed is really in, and super easy to do! I mean really... how hard is it to cut holes in your shirt? Go check out Pinterest and YouTube videos to help you out! Have questions? Feel free to email or message me at anytime, I love hearing from you all.
XOXO,
Mikhail
